Baseline Assessment
Provides a detailed breakdown of difficulties including assessment scores against which therapy progress can be quantifiably measured. Minimum report level for evidence of cost benefit of therapy intervention and planning therapy or defining technology for complex needs. Treatment focused.
Medico-
A more detailed report structured to comply with the requirements of the court. Central to these is the accurate prediction of life costs for any therapy or technology recommendations.
